Do you really need a weight loss supplement?
Do you know that obesity isn’t just classified as people who are grossly overweight? You can be classed as obese if you are over the recommended BMI for your height/age/sex.
At 5ft 9”, a 30 year old male is classed as obese (and at risk of disease and heart problems) if he weighs just 170lbs or more. As a rule, if your BMI is over 25-30, you’re at risk of a shortened life span…as much as 13 years by the age of 40.
Even being slightly over weight can lead to diabetes, stomach cancer, fatigue, depression, heart attacks, and even though many people push these dangers to the back of their mind, hoping it will happen to someone else at not them, the truth is…
…the day to day reality is that we are not just at risk medically, but we also have a damaging self image.
If you’re overweight, you feel unattractive, unable to wear the clothes you want. Being unable to strip off at the beach without feeling anxious or paranoid that people are judging you is a distant dream.
And let’s face it, we have all tried to “cheat” our way thin by eating rabit food diets, or sometimes skipping meals entirely.
But how long does that last? A week, maybe a month if you are really desperate and determined?
All of the time, these problems lead you to feeling more self concious and unattractive each day, week and month. Especially when the holiday season comes around, and you’re either too self concious to take your T-Shirt off on the beach, or you are unable to wear that great outfit or new pair of jeans to that dinner party…
Is this really the way to live your life? Worried about future health, anxious about what other people think of you, and depressed, trapped in a body you don’t like?
Hardly.
So what is the solution? Well, to understand how to get yourself out of this dangerous and soul destroying cycle, you need to realize the harsh truth and reality about losing weight…and why you’re still not as slim as you were promised from others in the past.
